HiFi Simulations has announced that free upgrades to the new XP12 version of ASXP for users of their existing ActiveSky XP for XP11 product are available until May 19th, 2023. Existing users need to install and run ASXP12 RC2 (v8531) or later at least one time prior to May 19th, which will automatically upgrade their existing license for the new XP12 version. Users of previous beta/RC versions of ASXP12 will also need to install/run RC2 or later to preserve licensing for the new version. To determine whether your license has been upgraded, the “Status” section of the ASXP12 application will display “ASXP Upgrade to ASXP12….CONFIRMED” when the upgrade has been processed. AFTER MAY 19TH, NO UPGRADE PATH WILL BE AVAILABLE.
